Below you will find some explanations on how we handle shipments, returns and our shopping guarantee.

RETURN POLICY - At Tripix Designs we want our clients to be happy with their purchases, a happy customer will return to purchase again. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item for a full refund. We only ask that you let us know within two weeks, and PLEASE email us to let us know that you are returning the item, so we can be on the lookout for the package.

GUARANTEE - Tripix Designs, LLC. guarantees that the items are as described (if there is a mistake, and we are human and occasionally make a few, return the item for a full refund). 

SHIPPING - Tripix Designs does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:

• Order contains items with longer than 2 day processing time, except books

• Large orders that have more than 100 items may require longer processing time

• Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address

• Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States

• Delays for Canada and International orders due to customs clearance

• Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification

Problems with uploaded designs or media that do not meet our recommended requirements encountered during processing of your order

Shipping Methods

Tripix Designs offers several shipping methods to choose from. You will see which shipping methods are available for your shipping address during checkout.

Depending on where your order is shipped, the following shipping methods may be available:

United States = Usually arrives in 3 - 6 business days

International = Usually arrives in 11 - 15 business days

*We’re sorry, at this time we cannot provide tracking information for international shipments.

Canada & International Orders
Tripix Designs does offer shipping to Canada and other countries outside the U.S. However, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from TripixDesigns.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order’s contents by product type. For instance, orders containing Posters, Canvas Prints, T-shirts, mugs, and mousepads or other items will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

Large Poster value: $39.95
Canvas Print value: $199.95

T-shirt value: $19.95

Multiple Shipments

The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged.
